External Pictures is proud to announce: A Tale of the Living and the Dead, THE VINE. A new thriller from writer/director Andrew McCardle.

The Vine is a chilling tale of suspense and horror that plunges a cohort of double-crossing thieves into a nightmare of their own making. The story unfolds on a daring heist: a priceless collection of Etruscan jewels—artifacts rumored to be cursed—aboard a lavish luxury train.

One by one they make their way to an isolated castle on the sea. As a sinister blood moon rises, the supernatural forces manifest, as each are forced into a terrifying reckoning with their past. They are caught, entwined, and destined to accept their fate at the hands of the entity known as The Vine.

The Vine is set to begin production in Lazio, Italy in 2027.
